On August 17, 2024, a congenital heart disease screening program for children in Can Tho City was successfully held. The program was a collaboration between the Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Department of the University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City, the Can Tho City Department of Health, the Can Tho City Association for Supporting Poor Patients, and the Can Tho City Children's Hospital.
By the end of the program, doctors from the Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Department of the University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City had examined and consulted 74 cases, detecting 31 cases of congenital heart disease.

2020
Hong An was born on September 24, 2019, with a high chance of genetic heart disease, diagnosed in the fifth month of pregnancy. Hong An's heart condition causes serious complications, including the mixing of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood, leading to lung damage and breathing problems. A life-saving surgery is necessary, with hospital bills estimated to exceed 100 million VND. Hong An and his family are no longer alone thanks to the Heartfulness project, which supports their medical visits and provides updates on his condition. The project has received enthusiastic support, ensuring Hong An gets the best possible care.

2020
This girl is a Khmer girl who unfortunately suffers from congenital heart disease (severe tricuspid valve regurgitation and severe pulmonary valve regurgitation). She has already undergone one surgery and now requires further surgery due to severe heart failure. Heartfulness has assisted her by organizing donations and providing timely support to improve her condition during treatment. After her treatment, Heartfulness visited again and provided her information to allow donors to continue offering support.
